"Intraoperative cone beam CT imaging is required to verify the optimal positioning of the device. The initial follow-up is recommended at six months, with subsequent reviews scheduled every 6 to 12 months thereafter. Follow-up assessments should employ a non-invasive approach, preferably using magnetic resonance angiography, with DSA as an alternative. Treatment failure is defined as an increase in size exceeding 2 mm; in cases of significant aneurysm growth or high perceived rupture risk, retreatment should be considered 10."
